               •   Developing  the  recommendations  on  whether  the  destroyed
                  settlements are suitable for construction during the reconstruction
                  process by evaluating their historical process,
               •   Creating applicable policies for new urbanization studies by using the
                  conclusions to be achieved.
               Damage Assessment Committee
               •   Conducting meticulously the activities regarding the beneficiaries of
                  both temporary and permanent housing, based on the fact that damage
                  assessment  studies  are  of  particular  importance  in  the  earthquake
                  process,
               •   Preparing for the risk management phase for subsequent earthquakes
                  and other possible disasters through damage assessment studies,
               •   Addressing  environmental,  legal  and  economic  factors  together
                  regarding  the  removal  of  the  debris  of  collapsed  buildings  after  the
                  earthquake, the demolition of severely damaged buildings that need
                  to be demolished urgently, the transportation of their debris and the
                  aspect of beneficiaries,
               •   Processing the data obtained by damage assessment studies in the
                  post-earthquake  process  and  digitizing  the  building  stock  to  make
                  plans and evaluations,
               •   Performing damage assessment studies in the entire region, scanning
                  and recording the building stock with regards to the risks in the scope
                  of  preparation  to  earthquakes  in  our  regions  and  cities  with  high
                  disaster risk,
               •   Conducting damage assessment studies on all of our historical and
                  cultural  structures  and  artifacts  that  keep  our  ancient  urbanization
                  traditions alive in 11 provinces and determining the steps to be taken to
                  make them resilient.
               Debris and Waste Management Committee
               •   Developing new models and approaches for the disposal of medical,
                  composite,  metal,  plastic  and  all  other  wastes  emerging  in  the
                  disaster zone, especially debris in residential units, taking into account
                  environmental sensitivities,
               •   Managing the debris and all other wastes emerging after the earthquake
                  in the disaster zone; contributing to the management of the process
                  regarding the separation, the recovery of recyclable materials and the
                  disposal of wastes harmful to nature and human health,
