• Identifying our historical and cultural structures reflecting the best
examples of our urbanization traditions in the regions under high disaster
and seismicity risk and making them resilient.
Crisis Management and Communication Committee
• Transmitting all the works carried out in the crisis, improvement,
reconstruction and revitalization processes to the public in a accurate
way after the disaster ,
• Ensuring a healthy communication between disaster victims and public,
private sector and NGO employees involved in disaster studies,
• Taking the necessary measures to ensure the healthy implementation
of educational services in the disaster zone from primary education to
university and contributing to the continuation of educational processes
to minimize the loss of productivity.
