4.2.3. Site Inspection in Earthquake Zone (30 March-1 April 2023)
Corporate structure of the committees were established and these
committees performed their technical inspections on the site in earthquake
zone between 30 March-1 April. Within the scope of the technical examination,
interviews were conducted with relevant institutions, organizations and non-
governmental organizations and citizens, besides all activities undertaken by
the committees were examined in all aspects including tent cities, container
cities, damaged and non-damaged historical and cultural assets, damage
assessment studies, urban and rural infrastructure studies, zoning and
planning studies, demolition operations and debris removal process.
