5 percent of the industrial enterprises joining the survey stated that their
employees had passed away. While the total number of employees in the
industrial enterprises participating in the survey is 112 thousand, the number of
employees in industrial enterprises where there are loss of lives is 17 thousand.
The number of employees who died in the industrial enterprises participating
in the survey is 477. Again, 35 percent of industrial enterprises stated that their
employees moved to the other cities. The number of employees in industrial
enterprises whose employees left the city is 48 thousand. The number of
employees leaving the city in the industrial enterprises participating in the
survey is 14 thousand.
The industrial enterprises participating in the survey stated that they work
with an average production capacity of 54.8 percent. The province with the
highest production capacity here was Adana with 70.5 percent, while the
province with the lowest production capacity was Malatya with 26.6 percent.
