Evaluation of Surface Runoff Risk in The Frame of Landscape Pattern:
The Case of Kastamonu Central District

In this assessment, high surface runoff risk values were assigned to the classes
that create artificial surfaces (buildings, roads, etc.) while low surface runoff
risk values were defined for areas covered with qualified vegetation cover
(such as forests) (Table 4). The LU/LC layer was generated from the “Urban
Atlas” data belonging to the Central district of Kastamonu (URL-5).
