               Exposure Criterion: Exposure criterion was preferred to have positional
            the parameters for precipitation, wind speed and wind direction affecting the

               Primarily, inquiries were made on the climate data of Kastamonu Center,
            and the aspects of precipitation and wind factors were determined according
            to the seasons. When the average annual wind blowing rates and the average
            annual wind speed were examined according to the seasons, it was understood
            that the S-SW direction is the prevailing direction for four seasons. In terms of
            direction, the N-NE directions rank as the second.
