            districts. The need for the design of outdoor and green areas integrated with
            social and technical infrastructure, and the need for the accessible planning.
            In this context, there seem to be many common points between the criteria
            set by Spatial Plans Construction Regulations and other criteria in literature.
            When studies presenting resilient city criteria are compared with Spatial Plans
            Construction Regulations, it is seen that there is an overlap in the topics of
            accessible built-up systems, strong transportation and urban infrastructure,
            and distribution of population density (Table 3).
