Torbalı district is an area with large agricultural lands. Transition to
ecological agriculture system in the region seems necessary to maintain
economic resilience. With this system, it is aimed to enrich the soil and
decrease pollution levels. Additionally, it is suggested that the relationship
between agriculture and industrial sector effective in Torbalı be built and
industrial sector in settlements be supported. It is anticipated that the fertile
agricultural land will be preserved, and it will lead to the emergence of new
            employment opportunities.
One of the key elements of resilient cities is the existence of safe outdoor
areas. The assembly areas in the study area, which are insufficient in terms of
accessibility as well as assembly areas, were planned and relocated to an area
which every unit can access (Map18).
