               Based on the Construction Law concerning the Torbalı settlement, Spatial
            Plans Construction Regulations and considering the resilient city criteria, two
            alternative plans were created at Master plan scale.

               Results and Discussion

               Taking  the  analyses  and  the  Torbalı  central  district’s  potential  for
            development into account, the spatial plan with the 2042 city-specific target
            was designed through integration of resilience city design and its components.
            As part of the resilient city application guide, suggestions were made in terms
            of economy, management, society, and ecological resilience (Table 6).
