WHAT WE HAVE DONE

IN URBANISM

IN 2022

We shared with the public the biggest social housing
project of the history of the Republic with the name of
"My First Home, My First Workplace, My First Land" with
250 thousand social houses, 10 thousand workplaces
and 1 million land projects.

• We sold 30 thousand 241 social houses.

• Within the scope of 250 thousand social houses, we have carried out the tender
of 10.553 houses all over our country.
• With the slogan "Loyalty to History, Respect for the Past", we have started to work
to unearth 80 historical squares in 45 provinces.

• We have built 45 thousand houses, workplaces, village houses and barns to be
delivered to our citizens affected by the earthquake in Elazığ and Izmir and the
flood in Sinop, Antalya and Muğla.

• We have completed 3 buildings and 930 industrial projects in 12 provinces and
moved the industrial areas away from the city.
• We built Yusufeli, one of the biggest investments in the history of our Republic,
from top to bottom and moved it to its new place.

• We demolished 18,016 risky structures containing 79,850 independent sections
and built 154,762 new independent units.

• In 2022, we provided rent assistance of approximately 1 billion 634 million TL
within the scope of urban transformation.
• We inspected 107 thousand 474 structures in 70 thousand 173 buildings with the
electronic concrete system.
• We laid the foundation of the Livestock Zone Stables Project, which consists of 314
barns and 3 veterinary buildings in Ağrı.

• We have completed 5 million square meters of parks, 1,615 km of bicycle paths,
1,200 km of green walking paths.
• In 2022, we completed 411 projects with a total cost of 3.2 billion in terms of
infrastructure and superstructure by İLBANK.

• In 2022, we delivered the title deeds of 716 thousand immovable properties to 1
million right holders in the sale of 2B lands and agricultural lands belonging to
the treasury by our General Directorate of National Real Estate.
