continuity planning, cooperation and coordination will also provide effective
resistance to disasters.
Insurance policies, which are also significant in financial terms, will help
enterprises minimize their financial losses, and emergency evacuation plans
and procedures should be established to ensure the safety of customers and
employees. Moreover, it is of critical importance to raise the level of awareness
of society through social responsibility projects and to contribute to making
society more resilient against disasters.
Finally, the continuous improvement and updating of enterprises to review
and improve their preparedness policies will increase their resistance to
disasters. With the implementation of these proposals, the Turkish business
world will achieve a stronger and more durable structure by minimizing the
effects of disasters. In this process, the general resilience of society against
disasters will be increased with the cooperation of the public and private
sectors, and the sustainability and development processes of the country will
be secured.
