Among the buildings collapsed or severely damaged in the earthquake,
there are also historical and cultural structures, schools, administrative
buildings, hospitals, hotels, in addition to buildings used as residences
(Akgül & Etli, 2023). Damage assessment operations of historical and cultural
structures, in particular, were carried out by expert teams of the Ministry of
Culture and Tourism.
In Table-5 shows the buildings and apartments, having a building permit,
that are obtained from the MAKS system belonging to the Ministry of the
