Change as well as other institutions.
In this issue; we believe that the articles presented with a broad perspective
from artificial intelligence and smart city applications to the evaluation of
risky structures, sociological and financial aspects of urban transformation
to building, spatial planning and landscape designs, from earthquake zone
to urban transformation studies in İstanbul, seismic isolation to the lessons
learned from earthquake and finally the Turkish National Risk Shield Model as
a new disaster management model will attract your attention.
