To mitigate damage caused by disasters, there should be practices that
ensure urban growth without diminishing natural resources. It is also important
for humans to maintain their lives in more inhabitable, safe structures. It is the
people who essentially provide economic growth. With human capital and
innovations, a country could enjoy economic, political and social welfare. With
the investments made in education, health and science in a country, working
conditions and life quality will improve; thus, these investments will benefit
humans. It is vital that human capital, which is key to economic development,
            be improved and supported.
