Findings Related to Prediction Models

The findings and investigations of the models developed using mixed
selection data sets were examined under the subheadings including the
number of flats, surface area and number of licenses. Model findings for
number of flats, number of licenses and surface area by using data sets
belonging to the scenarios in the scope of the study, model performances
of each variable in case of selecting different data sets, detailed comparative
studies for the best models are available in the study of Uçan (2022).
