With smart city applications, it is aimed to make Denizli environmentally-
friendly city which uses resources efficiently and facilitates the lives of its
residents through the technologies it provides. To this end, great importance
is attached to developing applications and technological advances area

efficient way possible.

Conclusion

Resilience means the ability of a system, community or society exposed to
dangers to endure these dangers in a timely and efficient fashion, reducing
