Due to the earthquakes occurred in the region which were recorded as
the earthquake of the century, hundreds of thousands or even millions of
people lost their homes, and this led to understand the value of correct
urban planning once again. Therefore, the existence of a planning process
based on a scientifically proven methodology has become more important
than ever. In addition, the presence of buildings that were built too quickly
and inappropriately would have made no sense in a possible subsequent
