With this point of view, the current issue of our Journal of Environment, City
and Climate, we tried to present the theme of resilient cities through essays
with an inter-disciplinary approach that study the issue in terms of all aspects,
from climate change to earthquakes, preservation of historical structures
to the transformation of industrial areas, social housing to nature-based
solutions. We hope you enjoy the essays written by respectable academics
and practitioners.
I would like to extend my thanks to my fellow editors for their tireless efforts
