linked to the public transport network, and city centers and sub-centers should
be revitalized. Moreover, cities must be planned in units of neighborhoods,
and green modes of transport that allow pedestrian and biker transport and
micro-mobility options (such as electric scooters) and easy access to public
transport and local services and job opportunities should be provided. As part
of green transport, the numebr of electric vehicles should also increase (Altay,
            2020; Bibri et al., 2020: 12; Cirit, 2014: 11; SGA, 2021; Tuğaç, 2019). The UN
predicts that by 2050, compact cities will make it possible to save 17 trillion
dollars, enabling easy access to employment and housing and promoting
            economic growth (UN, 2021b).

To sum up, these days, there are many different methods that can be utilized
to increase climate resilience in cities. As climate change may have a variety of
effects depending on the lcoations of cities, local conditions should be kept
in mind to fight climate change and provide climate resilience. As they allow
the identification of various solutions, cities represent an ideal adminitstrative
            level .
