one of the IPA II projects, was suspended for a while because
the offspring of the red-wattled lapwing, a rare species in the
region, were expected to hatch. The nest of the bird on the
construction site, which contained 4 eggs, was taken into a
protective circle. After the chicks hatched from their eggs and
started to fly, the construction activities continued where they
were left off.
