Climate Change. As a result of these notifications, the organizations in the scope and their inven-
tories are kept at lower and upper levels.
As of March 2024, according to the BEKRA Notification System, 648 BEKRA organizations have
made notifications, 354 of which are upper-level and 294 are lower-level.

In order to ensure that BEKRA inspections can be carried out in a standard and more effective
manner by all MoEUCC Provincial Directorates, the “BEKRA Inspections Implementation Guide”
and Checklists for Environmental Inspectors were prepared using the outputs of the “BEKRA
Internal Emergency Plans Capacity Development Project” carried out by MoEUCC in 2019 and
distributed to all MoEUCC Provincial Directorates.

BEKRA audits started in 2022, and 809 BEKRA audits were carried out, 500 in 2022 and 309 in
2023.
