Green and blue infrastructure design solutions should be included in
the integrated water management system. This integrated system contains
various types of green areas, such as rain gardens, bio-swales, water capture
areas, water filtering areas, and water dispersal areas.
The recent environmental issues and pollutions should be prevented
and waste should be approached like a resource, and upcycled. This is also
viable for water. The urban rainwater and waste water should be considered
a resource and with this awareness, they must be handled with nature-based
solutions.
