H.12.7. Continuous Monitoring Centre
In order to ensure effective management of the receiving media monitoring data for basin, sea
and air, and of the environmental monitoring data obtained from “Continuous Wastewater Mo-
nitoring Systems” (CWMS) and “Continuous Emission Measurement Systems” (CEMS), to es-
tablish early warning systems, to develop effective control mechanisms, to produce policies
based on data obtained with appropriate reporting and evaluation tools, and to guide the de-
cision-making mechanisms, financial support and incentives, a Continuous Monitoring Center
was established in MoEUCC Gölbaşı Campus in 2018, and the https://sim.csb.gov.tr/ web page
was created..
