as a result of being adopted by various states and international organisations
and being considered in decision-making processes. In our opinion, the
fact that, it is currently almost impossible to find a declaration, agreement
or environmental law studies which do not address sustainable development
since the introduction of its first definition in Brundtland Report in 1987, makes
it necessary to regard the sustainable development as one of the general
            principles of international environmental law.
